What is a Pre-Order?

When a brand does a pre-order release, it means samples are made to show off which are 1 of 1 pieces.

This lets the brand make more colorways available in that sample, without getting them made.

once the main idea has been created, the website is then open from Friday to Monday morning,

where on that Monday morning, design files and quantities that were ordered, are then sent

to the manufacturer to make. Understand the process takes 3-4 weeks after the website has been closed,

so if you ordered on January 21st, you shouldn’t be freaking out to a brand on the 15th of February,

if a package is not delivered by March 15th, then there is reason to contact me.
